A delegation of the Central Theoretical Council of Vietnam led by Vice-Chairman, Professor, Dr. Ta Ngoc Tan, visited Canada from July 22 – 26 to exchange experience in state management and socio-economic development.
The delegation had working sessions and seminars with Ottawa local authorities, officials and academics from the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, Carleton University, University of Ottawa, Canadian Institute of Management, York University and the University of Toronto.
