The Vietnamese city of Hoi An has been named as the number one destination for tourists at the Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards this year. Travel & Leisure’s readers highly rated the city on criteria such as sights and landmarks, culture, cuisine, friendliness, shopping, and overall value.
Hoi An is a well-known travel destination in Vietnam. The ancient city was selected as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1999.
