Vietnamese Ambassador to Canada paid a working visit to Quebec

On February 14th, 2019, His Excellency Nguyen Duc Hoa, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Canada paid a working visit to Quebec. During the visit, the Vietnamese Ambassador to Canada paid a courtesy call on Ms. Maryse Gaudreault, Vice President of the National Assembly of Quebec; held talks with Ms. Nadine Girault, Minister of International Relations and la Francophonie of Quebec; met with Ms. Paule Robitaille, member for Bourassa-Sauvé, official opposition’ spokeswoman and Mr. Pascal Bérubé, member for Matane-Matapédia, leader of the second opposition group. Ambassador Nguyen Duc Hoa had a working lunch with Mr. Eric Marquis, assistant deputy-minister at Ministry of International Relations and la Francophonie. The two sides exchanged views on measures to further promote bilateral cooperation, especially in term of trade, education, culture, Francophonie… between Vietnam and Quebec.
