During her working visit to Canada from 25 to 28 November 2018, Politburo member, Secretary of Party Central Committee (PCC) and Head of the PCC’s Commission for Mass Mobilisation, Truong Thi Mai had a meeting with Deputy Speaker of Canada’s House of Common Bruce Stanton, held talk with leaders of the Communist Party of Canada (Marxist-Leninist), visited McGill University and met with the Vietnamese community and students in Canada as well as Viet Nam Embassy in Canada.
The visit is part of the events hosted on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the bilateral relations to contribute to enhancing mutual understanding and trust based on the comprehensive partnership between Viet Nam and Canada.
